What we wash
Every part of the outside of your home
Each surface on a house reacts differently to water and pressure. We check the materials and their condition first, then set the method for each one.
Render
Rendered walls are cleaned with low pressure and a solution suited to the finish.
Brickwork
Brick and mortar joints washed gently to protect the face of the brick.
Cladding
Cladding boards cleaned from the ground or with safe access.
Painted surfaces
Painted walls, doors and trims cleaned without stripping the finish.
Fascia & eaves
Fascia, soffits and eaves washed to remove cobwebs, dirt and organic growth.
Upper storeys
Second-storey walls reached safely, with Working at Heights certification.
Why soft wash
Low pressure for surfaces that need care
High pressure suits hard surfaces like concrete. On render, paint, cladding and mortar it can do more harm than good. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution suited to the surface, so the clean comes from the method, not the force.
Soft washing
Walls & facades
Render, brick, cladding, painted surfaces, fascia and eaves
Pressure cleaning
Hard surfaces
Concrete, driveways, paths, pavers and stairs, pressure adjusted to the surface

We often package exterior window and glass cleaning with a house wash. The walls are washed first, then the glass is cleaned with water-fed pure-water systems or a traditional squeegee, so you’re not left with runoff on clean windows.
